Laura Czarniecka, MBA (National Louis University) is an entrepreneur and founder of unqr.me and gOffline.com – an internet platform that serves as objects and geo-location infrastructure for city games, tours, sight-seeing guides, events, as well as educational, social and marketing campaigns. Laura’s passion and field of expertise is Lean methodology, gamification and customer loyalty measured via NPS methodology.
In 2012, Laura has also initiated a project called Need-to-Experience (k.a.EN2EE), which looks at the aspects of human motivation to complete a full cycle stressing the importance of action and experience vs. the state of mere acknowledgment of the needs and wants. Laura looks at how ‘out-of-the-box’ marketing campaigns can help people complete this cycle.
Laura has an extensive 10+ years experience in global projects in such companies as PWC, Ernst&Young, International Paper, Capgemini. She held management positions in multinational projects, leading Business Process Architecture implementations (Lean, Kaizen, 6Sigma) for teams in Poland, Germany, China, and India.
